By creating a SG11 Fantasy account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use SG11 Fantasy services. SG11 Fantasy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or in-app notification. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
You must be 18 years or older to use SG11 Fantasy real-money services. Users from states where real-money gaming is prohibited (Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland) cannot participate in real-money contests but may access free content. SG11 Fantasy verifies user age and state during registration.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the strategist's account credentials and for all activities under the strategist's account. SG11 Fantasy is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access to the strategist's account - please use a strong password and enable biometric lock.
KYC verification (PAN + Aadhaar) is required for withdrawals above Rs 10,000. SG11 Fantasy uses government-verified APIs to verify identity. False or fraudulent KYC documents will result in account suspension and potential legal action. SG11 Fantasy cooperates with law enforcement to prosecute KYC fraud.
Deposits: minimum Rs 100, maximum Rs 1,00,000 per transaction. Deposits are processed instantly via UPI, Paytm, or bank transfer. SG11 Fantasy does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may charge nominal fees.
Withdrawals: minimum Rs 100, maximum Rs 2,00,000 per day. Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes via UPI or 1-2 hours via bank transfer. SG11 Fantasy does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals require KYC verification and may require source-of-funds documentation for large amounts.
Contests: SG11 Fantasy offers skill-based fantasy sports contests. Entry fees, prize pools, and rules vary by contest. All contests are governed by official scoring rules published on the contest page. Disputes are resolved based on official data sources.

Fair play commitment: every SG11 Fantasy contest is a skill-based game. Winners are determined by player performance, not by chance, fraud, or manipulation. The operator does not allow: multi-accounting, collusion, automated scripts, or any other behavior that gives unfair advantage. Violators are permanently banned, and winnings are forfeited.

If you exploit a bug for personal gain, we will: void the strategist's winnings, suspend the strategist's account, and report to authorities if criminal.
Account suspension appeals: if you believe the strategist's account was suspended in error, the strategist can appeal within 30 days. Send appeal to appeals@{BRAND.lower()}.com with: the strategist's mobile number, account email, detailed explanation, and any supporting evidence. Appeals are reviewed by the compliance team within 7 business days. If the suspension is upheld, the decision is final.
